I was only 6mths old when my granddad passed away, but the stories I have seen and heard make me sure that he was a good man and very family orientated and worked hard.
He worked on the Gas field which is where the Morecambe Arndale Centre is now, and I have been told he used to bring home hares regular (wild rabbits) for there meal, they lived on Graham Street Morecambe and also Warren Road Heysham.

God saw u getting tired & a cure was not to be So he put his arms around u & whispered come with me. With tearful eyes we watched u pass away. Although we love u dearly, we could not make u stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he, only takes the BEST.
